HouseLens Launches Real Estate Video Marketing Solution Internationally

Australia’s Estate Agents Co-operative to serve as distributor for HouseLens DIY app, stabilizer

HouseLens Inc. is partnering with Estate Agents Co-operative Ltd. (EAC), Australia’s largest real estate cooperative, to distribute the HouseLens DIY video solution for real estate agents.

“We are always looking at new and innovative ways to help our members and the industry provide a higher level of service to real estate consumers,” says David Crombie, CEO of EAC. “We have recently seen significant growth in the use of video marketing in Australian real estate. The HouseLens solution enables agents to remain competitive in that video-oriented marketplace.”

The partnership takes effect February 1, with EAC slated to distribute the HouseLens video app and smartphone stabilizer to agents throughout Australia.

The app is the first of its kind designed specifically for real estate. Features such as real estate-specific tagging, auto-editing, and a library of royalty-free music make it easy for agents to create video walk-throughs of their listings.

HouseLens’ stabilizer can be used with a variety of smartphone models to enable the creation of smooth, steady visuals. Powered by three electronic gyroscopes, the stabilizer comes with a wide-angle lens, custom-molded case, and other handy accessories.

“We met the EAC team through Property Portal Accelerators in 2015, and we were immediately impressed by their forward thinking. And because they operate as both a portal and an agent association, they are uniquely positioned to help agents harness the full benefits of the HouseLens DIY solution,” says HouseLens Founder & CEO Andrew Crefeld.

The new partnership provides exclusive pricing to Australian real estate agents, who will be able to access the HouseLens app and purchase the stabilizer from EAC.com.au.

“We have demonstrated the HouseLens solution for a number of agents, and their feedback was exceptional. We’re looking forward to providing this product to the Australian real estate community,” Crombie says.

Crefeld sees HouseLens as a natural fit for EAC’s focus on innovation and quality.

“The EAC leadership is truly dedicated to offering agents the best possible solutions,” he says. “I’m excited about how this partnership positions HouseLens on the world stage.”
